The EnRisk Decision Analysis Workshop offers a combination of theoretical knowledge with hands-on know-how of decision analysis, project risk management process flow from risk identification, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment to risk response planning and monitoring.
This interactive course is designed to appeal to a wide range of professionals with legal, technical and commercial backgrounds with varying levels of experience seeking insight to a broad range of decision strategies and project qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
